By downloading, installing or using LumyClean: Fast Media Cleaner ("the App"), provided by Oleh Nalyvaiko, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
LumyClean is a media management application that helps you identify duplicate and similar photos, remove screenshots, compress videos, view storage usage, and protect selected media in a PIN-secured Secret Space.
The App presents suggestions for files that may be removed or compressed based on automated analysis. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any deletion or compression action. We are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos or other data resulting from actions you confirm within the App.
The Secret Space feature is protected by a PIN that you create and that is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for remembering this PIN. We cannot recover lost PINs or guarantee access to content if the PIN is forgotten.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LumyClean on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to interfere with the App's normal operation.
Some features of LumyClean may be offered as part of a paid subscription ("Pro"). Any purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oleh Nalyvaiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
