1. Overview

LumyClean: Fast Media Cleaner ("LumyClean", "the App", "we", "us") is developed and operated by Oleh Nalyvaiko. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use its photo and video cleaning, compression and storage tools.

2. Information We Access

To provide its core features, LumyClean requests access to your device's photo library. The App needs this access to:

• Scan your photos and videos to detect duplicates, similar items and screenshots
• Compress videos and display before/after file sizes
• Move selected items into the PIN-protected Secret Space
• Calculate and display your overall storage usage

All scanning, comparison and compression of your media is performed locally on your device. We do not upload your photos or videos to any server.

3. Secret Space and PIN

The Secret Space feature lets you protect selected media with a 4-digit PIN. This PIN is stored securely on your device only. We do not have access to your PIN and cannot recover it if lost — resetting it may require clearing the protected content.

4. Information We Collect

We may collect limited, non-identifying technical information such as app version, device type, operating system version, and basic usage statistics (e.g. feature usage counts) to help us improve the App's performance and stability. This data does not include the content of your photos or videos.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share the content of your photo or video library with third parties. Limited technical data described above may be processed by analytics or crash-reporting providers solely to help us maintain and improve the App.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your media files remain on your device and within your iCloud account as managed by iOS. The App applies industry-standard safeguards to protect any data it processes, including the contents of the Secret Space.

7. Children's Privacy

LumyClean is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Choices

You can revoke the App's access to your photo library at any time via your device's Settings. Doing so may limit or disable core features of LumyClean.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
